Q: Who ships the orders?

A: Canada Post. All orders will be shipped via envelope with postage.


Q: How long will my order take to be processed and shipped?

A: I will do my best to ship out orders in two days tops. I am not too sure about how long Canada post takes to deliver common mail, but I would allow 3-10 business days within Canada, and 5-14 business days to the United States.


Q: Can I get a refund?

A: All sales are final, however, I will ship packages with some supportive material to avoid any bending or creasing, so nothing should go wrong. Bends and creases would not be my fault, they would be from the shipping process. If the package is misplaced during shipping and doesn't arrive after a three week period, please contact me and I will send out another as soon as possible. 

Note: If there is a case where you purchase a sticker and I have none left or not enough to satisfy your order amount, I will send you an email notifying you and I'll issue a refund through PayPal. I will do my best to update the sticker status to sold out when they are all gone to avoid that problem though.
